Yes! Our formulas are gently crafted with botanical and clean ingredients. However, if you have hyper-sensitive skin, we always recommend doing a 24-hour patch test on your arm before full facial application.
How long does delivery take across Pakistan?

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed via call or WhatsApp. Deliveries to major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad are usually completed within 3 days.
Are your skincare products 100% Cruelty-Free?

Absolutely. We strictly oppose animal testing. None of our ingredients or finished formulations are ever tested on animals.
How should I perform a patch test?

Apply a small dime-sized amount of product onto your inner wrist or behind your ear. Leave it on for 24 hours. If no redness, itching, or irritation occurs, the product is safe for you to use on your face.
What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for your convenience. We also accept direct online bank transfers for pre-paid orders.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or leaking item?

If you receive a damaged package, please take an unboxing video or clear pictures and contact us on WhatsApp (03399002205) within 24 hours. We will replace your product free of charge.
