2 Orders & Pricing
All product prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless specified otherwise.
- Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed once you receive a verification call, SMS, or WhatsApp message from our team.
- Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. In case an item is out of stock, our team will inform you promptly.
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the original price at the time of order placement.
3 Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
- Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days after order verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be made in full to the courier rider upon delivery before opening the package.
4 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene protocols, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged / Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos.
- Replacement: Verified damaged or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge.
5 Skincare Product Usage Disclaimer
While Alsaadstudio products are formulated with botanical, organic, and dermatologist-tested ingredients, individual skin types may react differently.
Important Patch Test Advice: We strongly advise performing a patch test on your inner arm or neck 24 hours before applying any new skincare product to your face.
Alsaadstudio is not liable for individual allergic reactions, improper product usage, or skin sensitivities caused by pre-existing skin conditions.
